Who IS Prep Coach UK?
Prep Coach UK is one of the U.K’s leading prep coaching companies specialising in athletes in their 1st-3rd season of competing. We map out the journey to stage in its entirety and provide the necessary frame work for our athletes to not only succeed on stage, but to win.
We educate our athletes on how to train for their category, how to pose correctly to and the ins and outs of what it truly takes what to win. If you have never competed before, if you have competed before but never placed, if you have placed but never won, if you’ve won your class but want to win the overall, we want to work with you.
We strive to create a community that inspires everyone to achieve their goals, and we are driven by a genuine and wholehearted determination to help our clients succeed.

I have been working in the industry for 10 years, in which prepping athletes and helping them step on stage has become my true passion. I have competed multiple times before but I much prefer coaching and watching my athletes succeed on stage, being there the moment they get awarded a trophy, or being on the other end of the phone when a winners picture comes through.
I find it hard to put into words how special those moments are and how grateful I am to do what I do and call it work. The months, years of hard work, the endless check ins, when it’s all said and done, it’s all worth it. I am driven by a genuine and wholehearted determination to help each and every single one of my clients succeed, whether they have never competed before or have multiple times.
