ALEXANDRA LILLEY

Alexandra came on board late summer 2023 and on our initial consult call she made it very clear what her targets were for 2024. Having competed previously and not placed she wanted to not only place, but win. I quickly reassured her that it would be possible if she went all in, so we quickly got to work.

We pulled her down initially for 7 weeks, then entered a gaining phase for the next 16 weeks. This time frame we had before prep allowed us to learn about her body, add some tissue in the right places and set her up for a successful prep. We had originally planned her first showing at the start of June, but as she was so far ahead of the game plan we ended up chucking her in a show towards the end of April, UKUP Scotland. It was at this show Alexandra not only placed, but won a category and gained her UKUP pro card in the bikini class. That first season was full of ups and downs but it was a successful nonetheless grabbing silverware with NFMUK and PCA.

After another big gaining phase we jumped into our second season together in 2025. This was our most successful one to date and included a 3 week wins streak that covered 2bros, WFF and PCA. We aren’t quite done with 2025 yet and I know that more success will come her way.

Across two seasons working together Alexandra has collected:

6 x 1st
2 x 2nd
2 x 3rd
1 x UKUP Bikini Pro card
1 x WFF Pro card

Here’s what Alexandra had to say about her journey:

“I joined Vaughan in 2023 having competed once before. Together we have now completed two show seasons, with placings improving year on year. The level of service he gives is second to none, from rapid check in response times to being available pretty much 24/7 if ever i have a question or worry.

On show days Vaughan is there every step of the way, making sure everyone is okay and we know what we’re doing. He is incredibly invested in his clients success and this is clear to see on show day, whether we get the result we want or not he feels it as much as we do. I’d recommend Vaughan to anyone serious about their goals in bodybuilding.”
